I was about to join Salehoo but was deterred by the sense of urgency that the site tried create, that always throws a red flag for me. Does anyone know of a good source for wholesalers/dropshippers? I was also looking into Simplx.com; any info about them, good or bad, would be greatly appreciated.

After finding the site dissapointing I have requested a refund but I have had 2 replies now arguing why I should stay on and not ask for a refund because I apparantly haven't given them a chance. Salehoo is full of shit - don't join them. I tried to find a site like this before I joined but couldn't find any search results in google which showed 'salehoo scam'. I have requested a refund through clickbank directly - hope they give me my money back as someone on this forum previously did.

Sounds like an angry little man on a witch hunt... I have subscribed to Salehoo and I find their service really good. If you are serious about making money, some of you people need to get off your arse!

I signed up to salehoo and then found your site. You say these are unbiased reviews, yet this site seems set up for people to say bad things about salehoo. Why not make a site about all the wholesale directory sites? :)

I'm sorry but I can't say anything bad about SaleHoo yet, however I haven't been a member for that long.

I find their forum to be the most helpful part with thousands of people posting in there and that has helped me. And they have 24/7 live customer support which isn't very common. And they do have a lot of good sources.

The thing I hated about alibaba was that I always had to contact the merchant to find out their prices, yet most salehoo sources have their prices stated clearly.

If you know of better directories than salehoo with forum and support etc, let us all know, because I'm always looking for more resources.

I haven't tried DesignerWholesalelist, nor WholesaleExplorer yet, but am considering purchasing those too.

Can you please give me an unbiased review of those sites?

Also, how long were you a member of salehoo before you posted your review, and when did you leave? I wonder if your information is up to date.

Hi, the first time I found salehoo (30th Sep), I was very keen to join and just when I was about to signup I learned that the special joining fee had only 2 days to go. So I thought I'll do some research for 1 day and then signup.

But since then every time I check the fee, they keep extending the special fee by one day everyday. If you’re genuine, then stick to your special fee.

Also, with the examples given in below messages, those are easy find on Google but just searching on "wholesalers".

I sell a lot on ebay from all diffrant sources and I hate to disagree but I have signed up about three months ago and I use some of there suppliers and there fairly good

Interesting site, can’t figure out who is just bitter or those that are just full of it. Figure I will run a test and see if this site keeps my comments on this page. I am a new seller and will buy the wholesale information from SaleHoo, and you the potential consumer can go to my eBay sellers page to verify if it works or not. If you can see the items I have purchased from their list of wholesalers being resold, you will know how well the product works. I will leave a SH comment in the description. If you for some reason you don’t see multiple sales with this monogram then SALEHOOSUCKS’s site has done all of us well. I bought Salehoo and I have been using it for about a few months now and I have made an extra income for myself.. I am making between 600 to 800 bucks extra a month..Some of you people on this site I think are just making crap up.. When you get on Salehoo you will need to figure out who the BS whole sellers are and who aren't which is hard... But making MONEY isn't supposed to be easy, do your research people... :cool:

Hi Guys, I signed up for Salehoo 3 months ago and they give me this dvd SCAM wholesale site.

I purchased $800 dollars worth of DVD's and got SCAMmed! I open a dispute with Paypal and cannot get my money back.

I called Paypal and they give me a courtesy credit of $350 and the rest i haven't get any back yet because the stupid scam.

It's worth the $50 to get scam and confused.

I did get my $50 back and lost $450 bucks.

Hope this information helps you decide to join salehoo and get scam.

I heard they even steal somebody book and recompiled into ebay factor to sell...

You should put some information up here about how we can find products without being ripped off by companies like Salehoo.

I joined Salehoo. Their site looked pretty good but I was disappointed. Most of the suppliers are ones I've found on my own searching Google. They also don't have as many suppliers as I was lead to believe for the items I want.

I have not used Salehoo suppliers, and am pretty disappointed with the site. After seeing this site, I think I'll ask for a refund

I think this website is a load of crap and the person who created it must of had a hell of a lot of time/no life. I hate people who devote themselves to 'hate sites' just because of stupid mistake that salehoo acknowledged - GET A LIFE!!! Go get laid!!!

The BBB will take money for anyone who wants to join.

The other company FTA looks like a link sharing whore. anyone who links back to them can get a certificate.

Both reliabilty statements aren't worth the paper they aren't printed on.

I notice on the bottom of the salehoo site there are links to both the better business bureau and the fair trade authority claiming salehoo is certified and reliable.

I've never heard of the fair trade authority, but I assume they are like the BBB.

How can this be a scam if these two organizations approve of them?

I joined salehoo and found what seemed like a great wholesaler. Unfortunately, I was scammed by this wholesaler and lost money. I think Salehoo should check the companies out rather than just list them. If all I wanted was a list I could search on google for wholesalers.

salehoo did refund my membership, but I am still out the money I sent to the wholesaler.

I am a member of salehoo, and they seem to be a scam. I bought one item I did not recieve and the company refused to refund me . So I think salehoo will put any company on their list.
